The organizational members of FFI play a vital role in advancing the field of family enterprise advising through research, education, and practical expertise. Each of these organizations brings deep experience serving multigenerational family businesses, family offices, and enterprising families around the world. From innovative research and governance advisory to next-generation development and strategic planning, their contributions exemplify the collaborative spirit that defines FFI.

Miller Family Enterprise Institute of South Carolina at Anderson University fosters learning, sharing, and creative solutions regarding the many critical issues and problems faced by family enterprises. The mission of The Kim S. Miller Family Enterprise Institute of South Carolina is to provide education, networking, support resources and research to help family enterprises and those involved in or serving them maximize their overall health and sustainability.

SAFER (Spanish Society of Family Business Researchers) logo
SAFER (Spanish Society of Family Business Researchers) is an association of researchers and university professors interested in family businesses. They generate and disseminate specialized knowledge through research, training, and knowledge transfer between universities and family businesses. SAFER was founded in 2020 with the goal of promoting research in family businesses in Spain and strengthening the country’s network of researchers in the field. It currently comprises 70 members who are affiliated with 28 universities and higher education centers throughout Spain.

Today, the Family Firm Institute is pleased to announce the most recent graduates of its Global Education Network (GEN) Core Certificate Programs: Certificate in Family Business Advising (CFBA), Certificate in Family Wealth Advising (CFWA), and Dual Certificate (CFBA/CFWA). Last week, the Q2 graduates of the Advanced Certificate Programs were announced. This cohort of accomplished professionals represents a diverse, international community spanning Africa, the Middle East, and the Pacific Rim, as well as North America. Through rigorous coursework and applied learning, these graduates have demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing best practices in family enterprise and wealth advising.
