Doug will be receiving the 2023 Interdisciplinary Award at the FFI Global Conference. Doug Baumoel, FFI Fellow, is a founding partner of Continuity Family Business Consulting. He brings an extensive background in family business, family office operations, and governance to his work with clients. He is the co-author, with Blair Trippe, of Deconstructing Conflict: Understanding Family Business, Shared Wealth and Power. He was also a second-generation executive in his own family’s business.
