Better Judgments in the Family Firm.” In conversation with podcast host Jordan Rich, Likierman discusses the crucial role of developing good judgment for both family enterprises and their advisors.
About the Contributor
Sir Andrew Likierman was the Dean of the London Business from 2009–2017 and is currently Professor of Management Practice. His research, before working on managerial judgment, was in the fields of performance measurement and public finance. In his career as an executive, as well as running the London Business School, Andrew has worked for his own family’s textile firm. He has also started his own book business and for 10 years was Head of the UK Government Financial Management Service. His new book, Judgement at Work: Making Better Choices, will be released in early 2025 and is available for pre-order.
