In her conversation with Jordan Rich, Kathy reflects on her memories of Richard Beckhard, the founding years of FFI, and her evolving practice as an observer of dynamic systems.

Kathy Wiseman, FFI Fellow, is a founding member of FFI and in 1995 was the first recipient of the Barbara Hollander Award. She has over 30 years’ experience a family business advisor and is the Founder and Co-President of Navigating Systems. She also serves on the faculty at the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family she speaks about the application of Bowen Theory to family enterprises, families of wealth, and professionals in the field who are interested in deepening their knowledge of human behavior and who see the dilemma of quick fixes. Interviewer: Jordan Rich is celebrating a quarter century at one of America’s top legacy radio stations, interviewing thousands of celebrities, authors, actors and interesting personalities throughout his career.
