FFI Global Conference – The Closing Act
Dear Colleagues,

Here we are again – and, sadly, for the last time in 2020! It’s been quite the year, and we want to thank everyone for making the first ever FFI virtual conference a huge success. And what better way to end that with a Virtual Awards Ceremony! This is how we would have ended the conference had we been in person, but the good news is that now all FFI members can watch this ceremony and join us in congratulating the outstanding 2020 Academic, FBR and Achievement award recipients. It’s all hosted by Jessica Genick, Broadway producer and the scheduled opening keynote for this year’s conference! (Don’t miss her podcast discussion about her experiences as a second-generation family member in the October 6 FFI on Friday.)

Now, for your viewing pleasure…

Cordially,

Linda Bourn, co-chair, Crystal, Alliant Private Client; Marta Widz, co-chair, IMD; Amy Hart-Clyne, Pitcairn; Whitney Johnson, O’Connor Professional Group; Mark Rubin, Geller Advisors LLC; Pilar Unidad-Tolentino, Ateneo de Manila University; Dan Trimarchi, KPMG; Bilal Zein, Quanon Capital Ltd

It hardly seems possible that almost two decades have passed since the FFI Fellows were inaugurated in London in 2001 – 72 “first Fellows” in all! Next month, when we announce the 2020 Fellows, we will enter the third decade of this group, which represents the highest level of professional designation within the organization.

FFI Fellows demonstrate ongoing expertise and commitment to the field of family enterprise and here’s how they helped us meet the challenges of 2020.
