This year, the committee is looking for expertise in the following areas:

  • Accessing extended global connections for membership development
  • Behavioral science and organizational development
  • Raising funds for bold and innovative educational and research projects
  • Strategic planning and implementation

Next gen candidates and candidates from Latin American and the Pacific Rim are especially encouraged.

In all cases, we are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about FFI’s multi-disciplinary and cross-cultural approach to the field as articulated in the mission statement:

“…to be the most influential global network of thought-leaders in the field of family enterprise. We provide research-based learning and relevant tools for advisors and consultants, academics and family enterprise members to drive success.”

Nominees do not have to be current members of FFI. Self-nominations are permitted.
Names should be submitted using the online form by March 25.

The Nominating Committee will then review all suggestions, including its own, to develop a list of potential candidates for interviewing by the committee. Nominees will be chosen by early June, and the election will take place by electronic balloting in August.
