Rania Labaki

Rania Labaki is Associate Professor of Management at EDHEC Business School and Director of EDHEC Family Business Centre. She is board member of IFERA, coeditor of Entrepreneurship Research Journal and advisor at LGA. An FFI fellow, Rania is recipient of the FFI Best Unpublished Paper and Best FBR Article awards. Christopher Robichaud

Christopher Robichaud is an associate at Lansberg Gersick & Associates (LGA) and works to provide families with opportunities to explore ethical decision making in the context of practicing leadership skills and engaging in complex negotiations. Christopher has over a decade of professional experience working at the intersection of education and practice, with a focus on providing moral leadership training in business, politics and law. He received his Ph.D. from MIT and his master’s degree from Texas A&M University. In addition to his work with enterprising families, he is a Senior Lecturer in Ethics and Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Director of Pedagogical Innovation at Harvard’s Edmond J. Wendy R. Ulaszek

Wendy R. Ulaszek holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, specializing in family systems, coaching ambidextrous leadership development, and succession planning. Partner at LGA, she works with global family enterprises to implement sustainable family governance and philanthropic systems. Wendy is an FFI Fellow and teaches at the Kellogg School of Management program for enterprising family leaders. She is currently co-leading a research project funded by the National Center of Family Philanthropy (NCFP) examining the impact of individual and collaborative multi-generational wealth utilization.
