Prairie Family Business Association (PFBA)

Sylvain Daudel, professor of practice in family enterprise and director of the Family Enterprise Center, is the author of “Debunking (again) the Dis-continuity Myth”, an article recently published in FFI Practitioner.

Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) Family Business Center

Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM) Family Business Center, founded in 1999, provides consultancy and advice to business families. The Center’s services support the preservation of the family entrepreneurial legacy and enable the transformation of the governing bodies and communication schemes of the business family. UDEM members are Pepe Bucio, Salvador Guajardo, Maria Eloisa Trevino, and Jose Angel Vazquez.

The Family Business Center sponsors the UDEM Award Adalberto Viesca Sada for research papers in the field of the Latin American family business. Go here for information on the 2018 award—submission deadline is August 31.
